At Fall Creek Veterinary Medical Center, we take your privacy seriously.  Your information, or information about your pet, including your phone number and e-mail address, will NEVER be given to outside pharmaceutical or marketing companies.  Also, information about your pet will not be released to other individuals, companies, or veterinary practices without your express consent. 

Any e-mail reminders or informational newsletters will only be sent with your permission, and with the condition that you can elect to stop receiving these communications anytime you elect to do so.

Client and patient records are kept in secure computer files, and remain the confidential property of Fall Creek Veterinary Medical Center.  Release of these files will only come with your permission.
